Homevault (homevault.gamma-leads.com) is operated by Gamma Leads (“we,” “us”). Homevault is a free service that helps homeowners compare home warranty plans from independent home warranty providers and marketing partners. We are not a home warranty company, and we do not sell or administer home warranty plans. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Information you enter: your ZIP code, what you want covered, whether you own your home, and similar answers you select, your name, and your phone number.
Consent records: the exact consent language shown to you, the button you clicked, a timestamp, IP address, browser details, and a certificate from a third-party consent-verification provider (TrustedForm).
Technical and usage data: device and browser type, pages viewed, the referring ad, and cookies or similar identifiers, including Meta and Google advertising and analytics tools.

2. How we use it

To match you with up to 4 providers or marketing partners who can quote your home warranty quote request.
To contact you, and to let those partners contact you, about your home warranty plans by phone and text.
To measure and improve our site and advertising, prevent fraud, and keep proof of your consent.
To comply with law.

3. How we share it

When you submit the form we share your information with home warranty providers and marketing partners (see our Partners page) so they can contact you with quotes. We also share data with service providers that work for us (hosting, analytics, consent verification, call and text platforms) and with advertising platforms for measurement. Sharing with partners for their own marketing may be a “sale” or “sharing” under some state laws; see Section 6.

4. Consent to calls and texts

When you click the submit button, you give prior express written consent, by electronic signature, for Homevault and up to 4 of its providers or marketing partners to call and text you at the number you entered about your home warranty plans, including with an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

5. Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Calls: ask any caller to put you on their internal do-not-call list.
Revoking consent: you can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including emailing privacy@gamma-leads.com. We honor requests promptly and within the time the law requires.
Access, correction, deletion: email privacy@gamma-leads.com.

6. California and other state privacy rights

Residents of California and several other states have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising. Use our Do Not Sell or Share page or email privacy@gamma-leads.com. We treat a Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. We keep lead and consent records for as long as needed for these purposes and to meet legal obligations (typically at least five years for consent records).

7. Security

Form data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

8. Children

This service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
